How to create cases on Activities Section ?

Hi,

I'm trying configure cases on Activities section based on status but i can't find "Set up section cases" in section view menu and on "Section wizard". 

On the other hand i can't find information that this functionality is unavailabe on this entity, so please clarify me whether i can design cases  and if yes then how ?

Dear Marcin,

The Activities section does not have the option on set up cases.

According to the system logic, DCM can create additional tasks (activities) but, the activities cannot be created within the activities. That's why there is no such option in this section. We received similar requests from multiple customers and R&D team is considering to develop this option for Activities in the future application releases.
