Don't cancel the tasks that are not complete when transition to the next stage

If I understood your request correctly at the moment there is no possibility to perform the requested changes via out-of-the-box functional tools. We have created a request to our R&D team for implementing such kind of functionality in future releases if it will be in high demand.
