Hello, I am currently attempting to get a local installation platform ready on my computer.
I have followed all the instructions for doing so and it successfully takes me to the login screen. But when I input the Supervisor username and password I get taken to the too many redirects error page.
What could be causing this problem?/

The reasons can vary. First of all, we recommend you to check that you have the latest versions of Redis and .NET framework installed.
Then we recommend you to clear the temporary asp.net files and flush redis.
Moreover, you should check the connectionstrings.config file in order to make sure you have a correct path for every component and a dedicated redis server db for your instance.
Lastly, please make sure that you input your login credentials correctly without any additional symbols in the beginning or in the end of the string, such as spaces, etc.
