Business rules in mobile app

Hi community,

My first question is 

1 . This is the business rule I need to apply in mobile app

This is the code for it.

For the Apeejay Approving Authority field(lookup) which is not filled in , I have used Terrasoft.GUID_EMPTY which is not working what should I use then ?

My second question is 

2. For the below business rule

Conditions are combined with OR  operator but while writing the code in the conditioncolumns (please refer to the second screenshot) attribute, columns are joined with AND operator, I noticed. How can I do it for OR operator inside conditionalcolumns attribute?

Please help me with this.
