Hi,

I have 2 VMs for Creatio v8.0.8.4807:

1 on Windows Server 2016 wirh iis where located all Creatio files

2 on Ubuntu 20 with Postgres 12 + Redis

So after all installation steps i face with a problem

Config Error The configuration section 'terrasoft' cannot be read because it is missing a section declaration

Config File \\?\C:\inetpub\wwwroot\8.0.8.4807_ServiceEnterprise_Softkey_PostgreSQL_ENU\Terrasoft.WebApp\web.config

I have checked web.config and ConnectionString and all seems fine

Also attached the error screen and in rar format web.config + ConnectionString

I have checked everything and all seems installed. Unfortunately still have the same problem. No idea how to solve the issue.

Where to download on-premise setup files for 8.0.1 release?

Hello Community!

I tried to download the setup files for an on-premise for the recent 8.0.1 release, but they are not available on the ftp server at ftp.creatio.com - /support/downloads/!Release/installation_files/

Is there a new/changed location to download these?

As for now, the files for 8.0.1 were not released yet.

Not even the initial 8.0 Atlas release is hosted there and it has been released over three month ago!

Hello,

You need to install .NET Core SDK as described in these Release Notes (https://academy.creatio.com/documents/bpmonline-release-notes-7-14-4) at "DEVELOPMENT TOOLS" paragraph and Developer Pack for 4.7.2 .NET Framework from here https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/visual-studio-sdks so to resolve this compilation message.

And restart your physical computer after that.

Correct versions of .net framework(4.7.2) and .net core(2.2.300) versions are present in system.Still getting the error.

Hi,

Is there a step-by-step guide on how to install bpmonline instance on the pc?

Please don't redirect me here:

I am new to this so don't get any of what's on that page. If someone can be kind enough to generate a list of steps to be taken in order to install the instance, that'd be really helpful.
